Todd gives Murray the first official Spa Treatment at Dogtown
Dogtown is an animal paradise created for dogs and cats that otherwise may have been lost to us. We opened in May of 2002 with eighteen kennels on two acres of play area surrounded by steel fencing. The play areas are accessible 24 hours a day from the kennels, and all kennels have state-of-the-art radiant heated floors, both inside as well as partially outside, to melt ice.

Dogtown residents are treated to excellent food catering, spa treatments, well-manicured gardens, and prompt poop scooping.

All shots are administered by a veterinary assistant through the Elkhart County Humane Society, and most are spayed or neutered through an endowment.

We have an outdoor visitation room where you can visit with each animal - feel free to bring your children or other pets to see how they interact.

Dogtown receives the majority of their animals from the Elkhart County Humane Society.

Russ and Kay Culver devote themselves to Dogtown full time (and then some!) to create a healthy environment where animals can learn, love, and play.
